PO Pilot reads the following from your Shopify store, with read-only permissions: products and variants, inventory levels, locations, and order line items (product and quantity only). We use order line items solely to compute per-product sales velocity for reorder suggestions.
We store only: your shop domain, app settings (thresholds, lead times, vendor emails you enter), and the purchase orders you create in the app. We do not store your customers' names, emails, addresses, or any other customer personal data. Sales velocity is computed on the fly and never persisted.
We never modify your store data (the app has no write permissions to products, inventory, or orders), never sell or share your data with third parties, and never show ads.
When you uninstall PO Pilot, your session is invalidated immediately. Upon receiving Shopify's shop redaction webhook (48 hours after uninstall), all data associated with your store is permanently deleted from our database.
We respond to Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks: customer data requests (we hold no customer data to return), customer redaction (nothing to redact), and shop redaction (full deletion as described above).
